ILS follows strict procedures and protocols when handling all shipments, particularly high value items. Rigorous steps are taken to assure uncompromised security. ILS employees are trained in C-TPAT and are TSA certified. In addition, customers count on ILS to provide:

• Customer specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and chain of custody are adhered to throughout the transportation process.
• Couriers who are trained and instructed to deliver shipments to approved consignees with valid identification and certification.
• Transportation via a private air network, or a dedicated charter aircraft with customs pre-clearance, eliminates the intrusions inherent with commercial airlines.
• All ILS facilities and warehouses that are monitored 24/7/365 with Closed Circuit High Definition Video Surveillance.
• Customer specific training for all personnel and drivers dealing with high security shipments.
